GOD'S PLAN
OF SALVATION TO MAN
The churches of Christ Greet You (Romans 16:16)
Let
us reason now
together
(Isa. 1:18)
That we all might learn and
know (John 8:32)
What
the
Holy Bible
teaches (2 Tim. 3:16-17)
Of
our Lord
who loves us
so. (1 John 4:10-11)
Follow
each and every
reference (2 Tim. 2:15)
Of quotations written
down
(Eph. 3:3-4; 2 Tim. 4:1-4)
For
they're
of the Holy
Scriptures
(John 5:39)
As
you read
where they are
found.
(Rev. 1:3)
Study
them from every
angle
(Acts 17:11)
Don't believe just what you've
heard
(1 John 4:1)
For
it may
not be the
gospel
(Gal. 1:6-9; Rom. 1:16)
We
must take
God's Holy
Word.
(John 12:49; Prov. 30:5-6)
Christ
who shed His blood on
Calvary (John 19:31-34)
Paid
the
debt for you and
me
(Heb. 2:9)
Said
that if
we'll all obey
Him
(John 14:15; Acts 5:29)
We’ll be saved
eternally. (Heb. 5:9)
We must
try to help each
other (Isa. 41:6)
And seek things which are
above
(Col. 3:1)
So
we'll be
with Christ our
Saviour (John 14:3)
And
with
God, of whom is
love. (1 Cor. 15:24)
Although
some who've read the
Bible
(Matt. 21:42)
Yet, don't seem to learn God's
plan
(2 Tim. 3:7)
That
there's
only one
salvation
(Acts 4:12)
Which He's
given unto
man. (John 10:27-28)
For
it is so clearly
stated
(Rom. 16:16)
Read
Colossians, and you'll
see
(Col. 1:18)
That there's just one church His
body (Eph. 4:4)
Just
as plain as plain can
be.
(Matt. 16:18; 1 Cor.
12:27)
Now
turn next to book
Ephesians
(Eph. 4:4-6)
The fourth chapter, keep in
mind
(Eph. 4:11-13)
Where
Paul spoke on this same
subject
(Eph. 4:14-16)
And
which won’t be hard to
find.
(1 Tim. 1:3)
Some have organized their
churches
(1 Cor. 3:2-11)
Which are built upon the
sand
(Matt. 7:26-27)
For
they’re not found in the
Bible
(Jer. 10:23)
And
therefore, they’ll never
stand.
(Ps. 127:1; Matt. 15:13-14)
God
has said He will destroy
them
(2 Thess. 2:8-10; Hos. 4:5-6)
On that great and noble
day
(1 Cor. 3:12-13)
If
they’re not built by the
pattern
(Heb. 8:5; Titus 2:7-8)
Of the
truth, the living
way.
(John 8:31-32; 14:6)
Men
who’ve written creeds and
doctrines
(Matt. 15:7-9; Prov. 14:12)
They are sure to get a
shock
(2 Thess. 1:7-9)
If
they don’t quit their
rebelling
(Eph. 4:18)
And
all build upon the
rock.
(Matt. 7:24-25)
Take for instance pour or
sprinkle
(Rom. 10:3)
Those who do so are not
wise
(1 Cor. 3:18-20)
For
the Holy Ghost, through
Peter
(Acts 2:4, 14)
Said
on Pentecost, be
baptized. (Acts 2:37-38)
And
to be baptized is the
likeness
(Rom. 6:5)
Which the Bible plainly
shows
(Rom. 6:3-4)
Of our
Lord when He was
buried
(Col. 2:12)
And
also when He
arose.
(Col. 2:12; Rom. 6:5-9)
They must also be
believers
(Mark 16:15-16)
Old
enough to
understand
(Prov. 3:13)
And which statement was made
clearly
(Matt. 10:32)
By our
Savior’s last
command.
(Matt. 28:19-20)
Little children do not have such
knowledge (Isa.
28:9)
Of the
Bible we all
know
(Prov. 9:10)
For the first book of
Corinthians
(1 Cor. 13:11)
Emphatically tells us
so.
(1 Cor. 14:20)
Turn to Luke the eighteenth
chapter
(Luke 18:16)
And the sixteenth verse you’ll
see
(Matt. 18:3)
Jesus
said they’re of the
kingdom
(Matt. 19:13-14)
Just
as plain as plain can
be.
(1 Pet. 2:2)
Now the
present
dispensation
(Heb. 9:15)
Was made for both you and
me
(Heb. 2:9)
As
the old
law passed away
forever (Col. 2:14; Eph. 2:15)
When
Christ
died on
Calvary.
(Luke 23:33)
This shows us we should be
careful
(1 Tim. 4:16)
Of the things we’ve learned or
heard
(Luke 8:18; John 6:45)
For
we’re told in
Revelation
(Rev. 22:18)
We
must not add to His
word.
(Prov. 30:6)
Or
if any part’s
deducted
(Deut. 12:32)
It
will cause a world of
strife
(James 3:16)
For
God meant, in this same
chapter
(Rev. 22:19)
Either way, we’d lose our
life.
(Matt. 16:26)
And
we know that Jesus taught
them
(Matt. 5:2)
The apostles what to
do
(Matt. 28:20)
Guiding us
for the
future
(1 Cor. 11:1)
Like
of
which themselves went
through.
(1 Pet. 2:21-24; Rom
8:17)
We should not neglect our
duty
(Heb. 10:22-25)
To partake of bread and
wine
(1 Cor. 11: 23-26)
On
each Lord’s Day, as a
Christian
(Acts 20:7)
And
which helps our light to
shine.
(Matt. 5:14-16)
Once a month some have this
service
(Heb. 2:1-4)
Just
to suit a man’s made
way
(Prov. 16:25)
But if
they will read their
Bibles
(Isa. 28:10)
They will find out it won’t
pay.
(Luke 6:39)
For
you’ll find that it’s
recorded
(John 13:15)
The apostles met to
seek
(Luke 22:19-20)
In partaking
of the
supper
(1 Cor. 10:16-17)
On the
first day of the
week.
(Acts 20:7; 1 Cor. 16:1-2)
Now
as to the
contribution
(Rom. 15:26)
We should always do our
part
(2 Cor. 8:1-5)
Giving
as we have been
prospered
(1 Cor. 16:2)
And
which must come from our
heart.
(Col. 3:22-23; 2 Chron.
31:21)
For
God loves a bountiful cheerful
giver (2 Cor. 9:6-7)
It’s a
deed we should not
shun
(Luke 17:10)
He
will bless us if we’ll do
so
(Luke 12:43; Gal. 6:7-8)
Which
He’s told us every
one.
(Acts 20:35)
Paul, who was a great
apostle
(1
Tim. 1:1)
Only told us all to
sing
(Eph. 5:19)
And
that’s why we do not use
them
(Col. 3:16)
Organs, harps, nor
anything.
(1 Cor. 14:15)
There are some who get real
angry
(Prov. 1:7; Matt. 5:22)
When
we try
to give them
light
(Eph. 5:8, 11-13)
Which pertains to their
salvation
(1 Tim. 2:3-4; 2 Tim. 2:10)
And
we know
this is not
right.
(Ecc. 7:9; Gal. 4:16)
Every one
of whom
despises
(Matt. 5:10-12, 44)
Our work we’re trying to
do
(2 Tim. 4:5)
Of
the
church of Christ
remember
(Rom. 16:16)
It’s
God’s
word, not ours to
you.
(Luke 11:28)
We should
all be
open-minded
(Rom. 12:16)
To receive His word with
care
(James 1:21-25)
If
we’re
rebellious or
stubborn
(1 Sam. 15:23)
We
will not
get
anywhere.
(Prov. 21:16)
We should
think upon these
subjects
(Eph. 3:20)
For
Philippians, four and
eight
(Phil. 4:8)
Tells us
that we all should do
so
(Phil. 4:13)
Then
we
should not
hesitate.
(1 Cor. 10:12)
It is
light from earth to
heaven
(Matt. 4:16; John 8:12)
And there is no correct other
way
(John 14:6; Matt. 7:13-14)
But
the
simple, plain, pure
Gospel
(1 Cor. 15:1-4)
While on
earth we must
obey.
(Rom. 10:16; 1 Pet. 4:17)
If the
faith which you’re
believing
(Eph. 4:5; Rom. 10:17)
Can’t be proven by God’s
plan
(1 Thess. 5:21)
Then
why not
reject the
precepts
(Titus 1:14)
Which were
gotten up by
man.
(Mark 7:6-9)
God said
we must face the
judgment
(2 Cor. 5:10)
Yes,
He’ll
try us every
one
(Rom. 14:10-12)
By the books which will be
opened
(Rev. 20:12; John 12:48)
Of
the
things of which we’ve
done.
(Rom. 2:6-11)
But
there’ll be no
condemnation
(Rom. 8:1)
If
we’ll
worship, work and
pray
(James 2:14, 20, 24, 26)
Live
by
faith and nothing but the
Gospel (Heb. 10:38; Rom. 10:17)
We’ll be ready on that
day.

3:10-14)
