The word "all" is listed 5,676 times in the Bible. Let us look at some verses from the book of Deuteronomy to see the importance of this word. As you read, try to change the word in these verses to ~some~, ~part~, or ~most~. See if it makes any sense to you.
See if you can't learn something from the exactness of this word.

Now, let us turn to the words of Jesus. Notice again the importance of the word. Once again, try saying these verses by using ~some, most, or part~. Many in the world are doing such things. May we learn not to follow their ways.

Matthew 1:22 (NKJV)
So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying:

Everything which the prophets spoke concerning the Christ, came to pass. Not one prophecy was left out. Therefore all prophecy was fulfilled.

Matthew 12:15 (NKJV)
But when Jesus knew it, He withdrew from there. And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them all.

Unlike many "faith-healers". Jesus was able to heal all sickness, disease, palsy, blindness, mental or whatever. No one was not healed who needed it.

Matthew 21:4 (NKJV)
All this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying:

Matthew 22:37 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, " 'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'

Can anyone serve God half-heartedly and still be acceptable? The answer is NO!

Matthew 25:32 (NKJV)
"All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.

Everyone will appear on the judgement day. Nobody will be missed.

Matthew 28:18 (NKJV)
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
Matthew 28:19 (NKJV)
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Matthew 28:20 (NKJV)
"teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

Three things. First, all authority belongs to Christ. Second, Christ's authority applies to all mankind. Third, all that Jesus taught applies to all mankind.

Romans 3:23 (NKJV)
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Who can deny this?

Romans 5:18 (NKJV)
Therefore, as through one man's offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man's righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life.

A study of Hebrews chapters 6-10 would be good to answer this statement.

Romans 8:28 (NKJV)
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Sometimes we might question whether this is actually true, but we must put our trust in God.

Romans 14:10 (NKJV)
But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

Nobody will be exempt from judgement.

2 Corinthians 2:9 (NKJV)
For to this end I also wrote, that I might put you to the test, whether you are obedient in all things.

Are you obedient in all things?

2 Corinthians 5:10 (NKJV)
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
